Having established and developed the business of the world’s leading exhibition organizer Messe Frankfurt Exhibition GmbH as Managing Director for India, my function was extended into optimizing the regional power of Asia. As the Regional Director for the Asia-Pacific rim, I was involved in the most significant developments of the group. The two decades in Exhibition and Conference management in both the Indian and Asian markets, allowed me to conceptualize and manage more than 20 specialist exhibitions ( in automotive, handicrafts, textiles, fashion, beauty & cosmetics, IT and related sectors ), as well as develop marketing strategies and brand building that assisted scores of Indian and European manufacturers to tap each other’s markets effectively. Those strategies added to the success of the company and catapulted the company’s ranking to number one in the region.
